Terms of Use

Last updated 3 August 2026. The service is provided by AlgoMate AB (company reg. no. 559539-0963) under the BodyInProgress brand ("BIP", "we"). By creating an account or using the service, you accept these terms.

The service

BIP creates AI-generated training programmes and lets you log sessions, follow your progress and challenge friends. Parts of the service are free, others require a purchase or a subscription. We develop the service continuously, and features may change.

Your account

You must be at least 13 years old. The account is personal: you are responsible for what is done while logged in as you. Misuse (gaming the reward system, automated withdrawals, spam through shares, attempts to disrupt the service) may lead to the account being closed.

You train at your own risk

The programmes are general training suggestions, not medical advice, and are based on what you tell us yourself. Consult a doctor before you start training if you are unsure about your health, are injured or are ill. Stop any exercise that hurts.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the app before you pay. Payments are handled by Stripe and received by AlgoMate AB. A subscription renews automatically until you cancel it, which you can do at any time under Settings; a period you have paid for runs to its end.

Right to cancel: when you buy a programme, a session or tokens, the content is created and delivered immediately. By buying it you consent to that immediate delivery, and to the right to cancel therefore not applying to it, under the digital content exception in the Swedish Distance Contracts Act. A subscription also starts immediately, with your consent. If you cancel it within 14 days, we refund what has not been used. Use is counted in both time and generated programmes, where each programme corresponds to 7 days of subscription: generate two programmes on the first day and you have used 14 days, even if less calendar time has passed. Your content

What you log and create is yours. If you share a session or a challenge, the content and your display name are shown to the recipient. We use your content only to run the service.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided as it is. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee that it is always free of faults. Our liability is limited to what mandatory consumer law requires.

Changes, language and disputes

Material changes to these terms are announced in the app. The terms are available in Swedish and English; if the versions differ, the Swedish version applies. Swedish law governs. As a consumer you can turn to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (arn.se) or to the general courts.
